Synopsis
Can two miniature paintings bring down a government? Author
Haarlson Phillipps lived in the north of England for twenty years before moving to Barcelona. He lives in the Eixample with a very forgiving partner and her teenage son. He has worked as a milkman, railway signal technician, theatre set painter, community artist, arts administrator and voluntary sector fundraising adviser.
He is very proud of his daughter, currently reading PPE at Oxford, and his son, who is currently planning an expedition to east Africa.
When not reading and writing he enjoys good company, good food and drink, conversation, visiting contemporary art galleries and art museums, painting, long walks in the hills and pretending to practice castellano and català. He is currently working on Heavensfield, a crime novel set in the North of England.
